Golden Spikes is a competitive travel baseball league in Ormond Beach, FL with teams ranging from the nine and under age group, up through high school age.

Spring 2007 Tryout Info

Tryouts for the Spring 2007 season will be January 13th and make up tryouts on the 15th. Times and fields to be announced in early January.

New Age Determination Rules

Effective for the upcoming 2007 A.A.U. Baseball season beginning September 1, 2006 and continuing through August 31 , 2007, the age determining date for all age groups will be May 1 as indicated in the following table:
Born on or after (for 2007)
18/19 & Under 18/19:U May 1, 1987
17 & Under 17:U May 1, 1989
16 & Under 16:U May 1, 1990
15 & Under 15:U May 1, 1991
14 & Under 14:U May 1, 1992
13 & Under 13:U May 1, 1993
12 & Under 12:U May 1, 1994
11 & Under 11:U May 1, 1995
10 & Under 10:U May 1, 1996
9 & Under 9:U May 1, 1997
8 & Under 8:U May 1, 1998

These new dates may mean that what age group you were in last season has changed for this season. Please ask any questions you have regarding this at registration.
