The Ormond Beach Youth Baseball & Softball Association(OBYBSA) is a nonprofit corporation whose function is to assist the City of Ormond Beach in all phases of it's youth baseball and softball programs for boys and girls alike.  All Directors, League Directors, Commissioners, recreational coaches, concession stand workers, and Coordinators are VOLUNTEERS.
